Thank you for your interest in an oceanfront vacation at Sandcastles Executive Cottages. We know after spending a week or two in one of our fully equipped vacation cottages, you will return home relaxed, refreshed and invigorated .

PRIVACY STATEMENT: Any information submitted will be kept in confidence. It will never by passed on to a second party.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Please call Sherry at (403) 253-3094 to confirm that your preferred space is available.

Once your reservation is confirmed, please submit your deposit in the form of a check or money order payable to SANDCASTLES EXECUTIVE COTTAGES. A deposit of 50% of the charge is payable with your reservation form. The balance is payable 14 pays prior to your arrival. We do not accept Credit Cards.

We are required to charge a federal tax of 5% and a provincial tax of 10%. These taxes are not included in our rates. A complete receipt will be given to you at the cottage once your account has been paid in full.

Non-Canadian residents may claim back the federal tax paid after leaving the country.

A $200 damage deposit is due upon arrival. Please not that SANDCASTLES EXECUTIVE COTTAGES is a non-smoking facility and pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy - We will refund your amount on deposit, minus a $150.00 administration charge, once we have rebooked your vacancy. We will make every effort to find a replacement booking. However, travel insurance is recommended in case you need to cancel and we are not able to completely replace your vacancy.
